Refunds will have been automatically processed by our treasurer, so there will be no need to reach out to us at this point if you paid in advance. Those refunds would be processed from Paypal or by check. Please be patient with us during this process. Conference Exhibitor and Sponsorship Information
Exhibitors and Sponsors will be featured in all electronic communications regarding the conference and included in conference programming.
Exhibitor Registration ($275): Includes one exhibitor table. One additional guest can be registered for a special price of $80.
Exhibitor and Sponsor Registrations
Gold ($1200): A Gold Membership includes, one exhibitor table, one complimentary conference registration and recognition in the conference program and throughout the conference.
Silver ($800): A silver sponsorship includes one exhibitor table, one complimentary conference registration and recognition in the conference program.
Bronze ($500): Sponsors at this level will provide breaks during the conference. These breaks are greatly appreciated by the attendees and are an optimum time for networking and visiting exhibitor tables.
